Road to Recovery
Whether you are just starting the divorce process, or you have been divorced for some time, the signature package will help you to successfully co-parent, move forward and function at a high level. So you can take care of yourself and those who need you.
In our ten 1:1 sessions we will cover:

*Building good habits that will help you recover emotionally
*How to support your kids through divorce

*9 x 60 minute coaching sessions

Clarity Package
Are you having doubts about whether or not you should stay in your marriage or relationship?

The clarity package will focus on tapping into what you truly need, want and believe about your situation.
If you're still not sure if you can turn it around and make it work, let's explore those feelings and beliefs so you can stop going around in circles and commit to a course of action.

Individual Session
At times, you may feel it's more suitable for you to book each session as you go, and let the path evolve as we move through the process. The individual coaching session is perfect for those times.
